Leo's First Year Mixbook

So, last year I decided to make a Mixbook to commemorate Leo's first year in his fur-ever home.

It wasn't until I began working on his year two Mixbook that I realized I could share the Mixbooks I create. Cool!

Leo's second Mixbook will be similar in that it is a place to keep some of the photos I take of him and anything else of note worth remembering. But, for now, enjoy this trip down memory lane...

The Cat's...Eye!

No, I'm not talking about the glasses or the gem. I'm talking about those amazing kitty eyes!

This morning when I went to the Yahoo! homepage to get to my email, one of the headlines scrolling by caught my eye (as it were): See the World Through the Eyes of a Cat.

Cool!

Clicking through the slideshow was quite interesting. I knew that cats could see much better than humans at night, but never knew that what they see may be muted in color, and sometimes not as detailed.

Now, I'm not sure how accurate any of this is, of course, but it does make you stop and think.

Kitties sure are amazing, aren't they?
